Descripition: A.3-D Hand/Feel Membrane Switch
1.Features: Raised 3-D sense of the surface keystroke on the panel, built-in metal dome or plastic dome and touch sense while pressing the keystroke.
2.Applied Scope: Switch keystroke of all microelectronic controller.
3.Technical Parameters: Service life longer than 500,000 times, maximum working current being 10VCD100MA and operating force being 250-550G.
4.Remarks: The raised on the surface of the keystroke can be made as per customer requirements.

B.Plane Light-touch Membrane Switch
1.Product Features: Long service life, no sense while pressing the switch and *all operating force.
2.Technical Parameters: Service life longer than 1,000,000 times, maximum working current being 10VDC100MA and operating force being 30-150G.
3.Applied Scope: Switch keystroke of all microelectronic controller.
4.Remarks: Operating force can be adjusted as per customer requirements.

C.LED Illuminated Membrane Switch
1.Product Features: Built-in LED indicating illuminating tube makes processing and design of your product easier and more convenient.
2.Technical Parameters: Maximum working current being 6VDC100MA and switch thickness being 0.8-2.5MM.

D.EL Noctilucent Membrane Switch
1.Product Features: Built-in large area of EL noctilucent sheet, which makes it quite easy to press the keystroke at dark night.
2.Technical Parameters: Working voltage being 30-250VAC, service life longer than 10000HRZ and working temperature being -40¡æ---60¡æ.
3.Applied Scope: Various electronic products used when there is no enough light.

Soft circuit introduction is a kind of multi-layer plane circuit panel which is made up of spring conducting material and insulating material. It can be separated into silver paste circuit, carbon paste circuit and combined circuit of the two.  
Membrane circuit can form membrane switch with membrane panel and can also be used as single circuit layer.

Functions:
Descripition: Membrane panel is a kind of decorating panel which is made of spring membrane and has some functional characters to indicate.
Material of the membrane panel mainly uses PC, PET and PVC (most time unused).
Printing technic includes obverse and reversed printing, which are used respectively for membrane panel of different material and t*es.
Membrane panel can be separated into dish press and plane.
1.The dish press is mostly membrane switch design. Shapes of the dish press include words and signs raised in the center (words, picture or keystroke), spherical rise (including frame linear rise and linear rise), pot shape and edge rise (linear rise).
2.The plane has no dish press. It can be used as senseless keystroke membrane of membrane switch or only as a kind of decorating, indicating and instructing label. The membrane has sand surface, glossy surface and combined t*e of the two kinds.  
Sand surface is mostly made through printing on sand-surface material, which has much hand feel, is nice and common.
Glossy surface is made through printing on glossy material and it is quite shiny.
The combined t*e between the sand surface and the glossy surface has not only sand effect but also shiny effect on the membrane surface. The main manufacturing technic is to print sand oil on the obverse surface of the glossy material to make it have sand effect.
